Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to notify us that you wish to return it.

For returns under our voluntary 30-day policy, items must be unworn or unused, with their original tags and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

After your return request, we will provide return instructions and a return shipping label. Please package your items securely and retain proof of postage. Prior approval is not required to exercise a statutory right of withdrawal.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any damage, defects or incorrect items as soon as reasonably possible so we can arrange an appropriate solution.

Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied items will be handled at no additional cost to you. Your statutory rights remain unaffected by the 30-day return period.

Exceptions

Our voluntary 30-day return policy does not cover personalised or made-to-order products, perishable goods, gift cards, or sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

Any exception to a statutory right of withdrawal applies only where permitted by applicable law. Sale items are not excluded from statutory rights simply because they were discounted. Nothing in this policy limits your rights concerning faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, request a return and place a separate order for the replacement. Replacement items are subject to availability.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

Where EU consumer withdrawal rights apply, you may cancel your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving your goods, subject to any legally applicable exceptions.

You must notify us of your decision within that period and send the goods back within 14 days after notifying us. A clear statement of your decision to withdraw is sufficient.

You may inspect and try the goods as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Missing original packaging or tags does not automatically remove your statutory right of withdrawal.

Refunds

For returns under our voluntary 30-day policy, we will notify you of the outcome after receiving and inspecting the goods. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

For a valid statutory withdrawal, we will reimburse you without undue delay and within 14 days after being informed of your decision. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

When you withdraw from your entire order, reimbursement includes the original standard delivery charge. Additional charges for premium delivery are not refundable unless required by law.

Refunds will use the original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without refund fees. Your payment provider may require additional processing time.

This policy does not limit any mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.
